Microblading / Feather brows
Tattoo removal / lightening
Cosmetic tattoo is a great solution to having ‘round-the-clock perfect eyebrows! It won’t wash off, and it can last for years! Imagine waking up with make-up already on your brows. Imagine swimming and not having to re-apply your make-up. All of my treatments are done in a hygienic and clean environment using the best quality, Australian-made equipment and materials. Needles are individually packed and sterilised and disposed of safely immediately after use. I only use disposables. Each client has a new needle and new product.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Generally, 2 years, depending on skin type. Because cosmetic tattoo uses micro-pigment, the body can eventually metabolise pigment particles. Depending on skin type, a cosmetic tattoo can last anywhere between 6 months to 5 years.
IS IT LIKE A BODY TATTOO?
The key differences between normal body tattoo and cosmetic tattoo is the pigment and the tools used. For cosmetic tattoo, the depth of the pigment implanted into the skin is shallower. The machines used for cosmetic tattoo are gentler and less traumatic for the face.
WHO IS COSMETIC TATTOO SUITABLE FOR?
People with gaps, over-plucked brows, scars, hair loss, who apply make-up to their brows every day or those who want a perfected shape. Individual hair strokes tattooed give a natural body. Powdered brows give a soft pencilled appearance.
DOES IT HURT?
Everyone has a different pain tolerance. You can use Emla prior to your treatment to numb the skin. I also use numbing gel during treatment as I work which makes the process pain-free for most people.
I'M NOT SURE I'M READY. WHAT CAN I DO?
Henna brows are a good short-term substitute to eyebrow tattoo. A powder-dye is applied to the skin and hair which lasts up to 2 weeks on the skin and 4 weeks on the hair. The result is something similar to a tattooed brow.
HOW LONG IS THE HEALING PROCESS?
Healing takes 4 – 6 weeks and is highly dependent on your skin type and medications you may be taking. Normal daily activities can take place immediately after treatment. Your eyebrows will look quite bold and bright for around 4-5 days after tattooing but should fade. Fading can be up to 50 – 80% of initial tattoo.
Colour matching can be difficult at times and the healed result very much depends on the pigment colour in the skin, skin type, acid or oils in the skin, sun exposure and neglecting aftercare instructions. Tattoo life-span is different based on skin type.
WILL I END UP WITH BOLD EYEBROWS?
No! Brow tattoo is meant to be soft. Your eyebrows will look quite bold and bright for around 4-5 days after tattooing, but should fade. Fading can be up to 50 – 80% of initial tattoo.
